Alessio Vermouth Chinato

Expansive herbal nose, full, medium-sweet, herbal, rich and slightly spicy with a long, moderately bitter finish. Based on a 19th century Piedmont recipe infused with grande & petite wormwood, cinchona and dozens of other herbs, roots and spices. A complex alternative to sweet vermouth in cocktails or excellent on its own.
