- 1½ ozBourbon
- 1 ozCampari
- 1 ozSweet vermouth
- ½ ozBanana liqueur
- 1 dashAngostura Aromatic Bitters
Method
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into the glass over a large cube. Garnish. Miso-infused bourbon: whisk 1 Tbsp. miso into 750ml bourbon and let infuse overnight. Strain through a fine mesh sieve. Keeps 4–6 weeks sealed in a cool, dark place.
