- 1ozSweet vermouth
Method
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice until chilled, then strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube and garnish.
Notes
Said to be invented in Florence around 1919 when Count Camillo Negroni asked for his Americano made with gin instead of soda water.
