Negroni

Ingredients
- 1 ozTanqueray London Dry Gin
- 1 ozCampari
- 1 ozCarpano Antica Formula
Method
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 20–25 seconds until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Notes
Said to be invented in Florence around 1919 when Count Camillo Negroni asked for his Americano made with gin instead of soda water.
