Craft-distilled in Pontarlier, France using select botanicals and Pontarlier-grown wormwood in a chardonnay grape spirit base. Pale peridot green with fresh, briny and spicy aromas featuring mentholated and cacao notes. Multi-layered flavors with complex herbal undertones, sweet anise and fennel, and minty wormwood character.
