A 19th-century style aromatic bitters based on a recipe by Professor Jerry Thomas (1830-1885). Very fruity and very bitter with citrus and dried fruit aromas uniting with spicy and bitter flavors of cloves, Angostura bark, and cinnamon. Notes of crystallized ginger, fresh tangerine and almond oils, with a finish of orange peel and light Angostura bark."
