- ¾ozAperolSweet orange apéritif
- ¾ozVelvet FalernumFalernum liqueur
- ¾ozLemon Juice
- 1dashAromatic bittershot (Firewater or habanero slice)
Method
Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a coupe and garnish.
Notes
In lieu of Firewater bitters, add a thin slice of fresh habanero to the shaker for heat. Spice to taste.
