Unique golden/green hue with slow-forming louche that develops into a thick milky finish with rich golden-green highlights. Wormwood and fennel develop on the nose with hints of coriander spice. Full-textured, rich, creamy mouthfeel with refreshing taste and substantial, complex aromas featuring marked fennel, coriander and wormwood notes. Based on 19th-century French distiller's manual protocols, uses Pontarlier and Swiss wormwood with pharmaceutical-grade herbs from a Swiss plantation.
