• Lustau Fino Jarana

  Fino Sherry

  1½oz
• Gin

  ¾oz
• Simple syrup

  ½oz
• Lemon Juice

  ¼oz
• Orange bitters

  1dash
• Egg white

  Egg

• Tonic water

  to top

Method

Shake all of the ingredients (except tonic water) with ice until chilled and foamy. Strain into a chilled Collins glass and top with tonic water. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.
