Saint Lucia Pot Still 9 Year Old 93 Proof

Full-flavored, 100% pot still rum with aroma overflowing with papaya, banana, pear and smoky oak wood. The initial taste is consistent with the aroma and gives way to a spicy blend of cinnamon, ripe tropical fruit and more smoky oak. The finish is long with baking spice tones on top of the smoky oak foundation. Aged 9 years in casks at Saint Lucia Distillers Ltd., then shipped to the US where the contents were blended and diluted for bottling.
