Hamilton West Indies 1670 Blend

A 60/40 blend of high-proof Jamaican and Guyana aged rums, slowly stirred for 48 hours before dilution to 84 proof with filtered well water. Bottled at 42% ABV. Notes reveal smoky cedar, dark fruit, and spice with honeyed stone fruit in the nose, followed by a long finish with brine notes underlying the smoky wood.
