A blend of extra light, light and heavy pot still rums distilled from fermented molasses from the Worthy Park Estate sugar mill in Jamaica. Shipped in bulk at 85% ABV to Five & 20 Spirits in Westfield, NY, then diluted and colored with DS-400 cane sugar-based caramel for bottling.
