Planteray Black Cask

Annual limited-edition blend of rums from Barbados and Venezuela, double-aged in lightly toasted ex-Ferrand casks. First aged in their Caribbean terroirs, then matured in Planteray's cellars in south-west France. The toasted French oak brings out intense pastry and citrus notes. Described as intense and fresh.
