Bologne Vieux

Aged at least four years in used cognac barrels and bottled at 42% ABV. This aged rhum agricole delivers a balanced spirit without rough edges. The used cognac barrels enhance the smooth sugar distillate character while muting the vegetal notes of the blanc, resulting in a smooth sipping rum with a lingering slightly wood finish. French oak barrels deliver soft nutmeg and vanilla notes. No sugar added.
