Saint Lucia Pot Still rum aged for at least five years in second-use American oak barrels (casks #141, 444, and 385) that previously held bourbon and whiskey. Made from high-sugar Guyanese molasses (65% dissolved sugar) distilled in a Vendome Pot Still. Bottled at cask strength without added caramel or flavoring.
