Planteray Black Cask 2024

Double-aged rum from Barbados and Paraguay. First aged in white oak casks in its countries of origin, then matured in heavily toasted oak Ferrand casks in south-west France. Characterized by fruits, spices, and subtle toasted notes from the double-ageing process.
