Neisson Profile 105

First bottled in 2018, Profile 105 is aged in new American oak barrels with an exclusive toasting profile (105) developed with World Cooperage. Aged 36+ months in 225-liter barrels. The soft copper hue presents light citrus, roasted coffee and balsamic notes in the aroma. Warm spice, smoky oak and dark fruit fill the body, with a long, rich finish of spice, coffee, fruit, sugar cane and oak. This is the first AOC Martinique Rhum Agricole aged in new American oak barrels.
