Hamilton Jamaican Pimento Dram

A blend of pot still rums distilled from fermented molasses from Worthy Park Estate, Jamaica, infused with fresh Jamaican pimento (allspice). Fresh pimento is ground and blended into light Jamaican rum, filtered after seven days, then sugar and water are added to lower the ABV to 30%. No color is added. Adds a complex spice note to cocktails or can be sipped over ice.
