Planteray Isle of Fiji

A double-aged rum made with Fijian sugarcane grown in volcanic soil. First aged in Fiji in ex-bourbon casks, then transported by sea (dynamic ageing), then finished in France. Creates warm notes of exotic fruits and raisins with a rich, round finish. Smoky and pungent character.
