Demerara MDV 2012 #15213

Single wooden pot still rum distilled at Diamond Distillery in Guyana in 2012, aged more than 8 years in used bourbon and whiskey barrels. The historic pot still was originally employed at the Versailles Distillery in the 17th century and is crafted from greenheart wood for durability.
