  • Tanqueray London Dry Gin
    1½ oz
  • Cointreau
    ¾ oz
  • Lemon Juice
    ¾ oz
  • Egg whiteoptional

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake hard for 10–12 seconds. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.

Notes

Created by Harry Craddock at the Savoy in London in the 1920s. Add an egg white for a silkier, foamy texture — dry shake first before adding ice.
