- 2ozBulleit BourbonBourbon
- ¾ozLemon Juice
- ¾ozSimple syrup
- 1dashAngostura Aromatic BittersAromatic bitters · optional
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker. Dry shake (no ice) for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake hard for another 10–12 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
Notes
The egg white is optional but transforms the texture. Without it, strain over fresh ice for a cleaner drink.
