Strawberry Shogun Negroni

• Aviation American Gin

  Gin

  1½oz
• Campari

  Bitter orange apéritif

  ¾oz
• Mommenpop Blood Orange Aperitif

  Sweet orange apéritif

  ½oz
• Sake Vermouth

  ¼oz

Method

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled. Strain into a glass over a large ice cube. Express with an orange twist and discard. Garnish. Strawberry-infused Campari: wash and thinly slice ½ cup strawberries. Combine with 1 cup Campari in a clean container and let sit at room temperature for 3 days. Strain and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
