Ingredients

  • Mezcal
    ¾ oz
  • Aperol
    ¾ oz
  • Velvet Falernum
    ¾ oz
  • Lemon Juice
    ¾ oz
  • Aromatic bitters

    hot (Firewater or habanero slice)

    1 dash

Method

Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a coupe and garnish.

Notes

In lieu of Firewater bitters, add a thin slice of fresh habanero to the shaker for heat. Spice to taste.
