- ¾ozDrambuieScotch whisky liqueur
Method
Add both ingredients to a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Stir gently to combine.
Notes
Drambuie is a Scotch-based honey and herb liqueur. Use a peaty Scotch like Laphroaig for a bold drink, or a blended Scotch for something gentler. The classic ratio is 2:1 but adjust to taste.
