Ingredients
- 1½ ozPisco
- ½ ozSt. George Pear Brandy
- ¾ ozLemon Juice
- ¼ ozVanilla syrup
- ¼ ozSimple syrup

- 2 dashAbsinthe
Method
Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Twist a piece of grapefruit peel over the drink and use as garnish.
