  • St. George Pear Brandy
    Pear brandy
    ½oz
  • Lemon Juice
    ¾oz
  • Vanilla syrup
    ¼oz
  • Simple syrup
    1:1
    ¼oz
  • Absinthe
    2dash

Method

Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Twist a piece of grapefruit peel over the drink and use as garnish.
