Ingredients

  • Rum

    aged

    1½ oz
  • Lemon Juice
    ¾ oz
  • Simple syrup
    1 oz
  • Angostura Aromatic Bitters
    2 dash
  • Mint

    6–8 leaves

  • Champagne

    dry sparkling wine

    2 oz

Method

Combine all ingredients except the sparkling wine in a shaker with ice. Shake to chill. Double-strain into a chilled coupe, top with sparkling wine, and garnish.
