Ingredients
- 1½ ozRum
aged
- ¾ ozLemon Juice
- 1 ozSimple syrup
- 2 dashAngostura Aromatic Bitters
- Mint
6–8 leaves
- 2 ozChampagne
dry sparkling wine
Method
Combine all ingredients except the sparkling wine in a shaker with ice. Shake to chill. Double-strain into a chilled coupe, top with sparkling wine, and garnish.
