Dark & Stormy

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add lime juice. Pour in ginger beer. Float the dark rum on top by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon.

Notes

Gosling's is the only legally trademarked Dark & Stormy — substituting another rum technically makes it something else. The float technique creates a dramatic visual; stir before drinking.
