Coffee Negroni

  • Gin
    1 oz
  • Campari
    1 oz
  • Carpano Antica Formula
    1 oz
  • Simple syrup
    1 dash

Method

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir to combine and strain into the glass. Garnish. Coffee bean-infused Campari: add 2 oz. coffee beans to a 750ml bottle of Campari and soak for at least 24 hours. Strain out the beans. Coffee syrup: combine ⅔ cup demerara syrup with 1⅓ cup coffee concentrate. Stir until dissolved. Refrigerate and use within 7–10 days.
