Ingredients

• Plymouth Gin
  2 oz
• Lemon Juice
  ¾ oz
• Honey syrup
  ¾ oz

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake hard for 10–12 seconds. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
