Basil Gimlet

Ingredients

• Aqua Perfecta Basil Eau de Vie
  1 oz
• St. George Botanivore Gin
  1 oz
• Lime Juice

  fresh

  ¾ oz
• Simple syrup

  1:1

  ¾ oz

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail tin, fill three-quarters full with ice, and shake for 10 seconds. Double strain into a coupe and garnish with a basil leaf.
